It seemed like just yesterday that I photographed Kimberly and Stephen’s wedding and today they celebrate their son Oliver’s one year birthday! I am so honored to be asked to capture my client’s growing family after their wedding. I could not be happier for these two and their little blessing.

I don’t know how it happened but Owen will be turning 10 years old on the 30th! We celebrated his birthday with a few close friends by playing laser tag and Nerf guns. We were almost completely rained out on Saturday but we managed a few small breaks in the rain. I swear I can still remember the day he was born like it was yesterday. I think every parent can say that about their child and it’s so true! Somehow they go from being babies to these little people. He’s such a great kid and we’re so proud of his soon to be double digit accomplishment!
I started a tradition a few years ago where I snap some photos of “the party gang,” and print them out as thank you cards for those that were invited. These are a few of the shots this year. He is at that age now where I can’t embarrass him *too* much so a few quick snaps and this is what I got! 4 silly boys having a blast! Happy Birthday Owen!

This is Oliver’s favorite book. He is obsessed with letters and although he is not talking clearly yet, he can recognize a handful of letters at just two.These boys are my everything and I can’t believe how fast they’re growing!
