Valentine’s Day is special for me because Oliver is my Valentine baby! I remember when I was pregnant with him and I found out my due date was February 14th. Everyone commented on how I would have a Valentine’s baby but I always thought, what are the odds? Sure enough, he surprised me and came into this world at 4:00 am on the 14th. I admit, it makes Valentine planning a bit more difficult because I am in “birthday” mode. I managed to whip out these cute Valentine’s I saw on Pinterest (of course) for Oliver’s teachers at ECFE.
I managed to sneak out and shoot a few 3 year photos of Oliver on his birthday. Although the session looks like it may have been successful, these two photos which were shot immediately at the beginning were all I got! Thankfully, they are cute and represent his 3 year mark. I know you non-photographers imagine that we photographers must take professional photos of our kids everyday but I assure you that it is much too stressful! We have the perfect shot in our head of what we want and if we don’t get it, there’s too much pressure to give up without making them miserable.
